PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following a teacher in a class setting, a private lesson allows you to set specific goals and plans. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, or have been practicing for many years, a 1 on 1 yoga session can be the perfect opportunity to move deeper into YOUR practice. An hour’s attention completely dedicated to you, your body and your needs creates space for sharing and feedback. You will receive plenty of personalised tips and hands on assists.
This could be for you if:
- You are a beginner and feel intimidated or overwhelmed about starting yoga in a class setting and would prefer a more intimate introduction to the practice.
-You’d like to ask questions about a particular pose or asana.
-You want to schedule a session on your own time.
-You prefer the one on one experience.
-You would like to create a plan for your home practice.
-You would like to perfect your form or alignment to deepen and strengthen your own practice.

Do you remember your first yoga steps? Niamh took her first step into the yoga world in this very studio and describes yoga as her "peace that can weather any storm". She completed her training with Yago School of Yoga after discovering that her work as a Nutritionist could be more powerful with its addition. She found that through yoga, she could get both strong movement and mental stillness in the one practice - something she hadn't experienced through other forms of exercise. Niamh connects with yoga's core principles of nourishing the mind, body and soul. She teaches dynamic classes with a holistic and embracive approach, a deep connection to the mind and a long relaxation at the end of each session.
