Yoga is a practice of mindfulness and self-inquiry. Each yoga pose teaches you how to be present and in tune with the rhythm of our breath. The mindful practice of yoga reconnects us with a vast space within us, it is teaches us how to slow down and calm down our busy minds.

During this workshop we will be using different Yoga poses to strengthen and open up the body, breathing exercises and Mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness meditation asks us to suspend judgment and unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with warmth and kindness, to ourselves and others.

Relax, breath, contemplate and dwell in a space of deep inner nourishment. Within this workshop we will learn Mindfulness Meditation and experience the calming effect of  slow Yin sequence ( focus Spleen Meridian). The practice will enable you to move into a deeper space of harmony and stillness in your life.

Rejuvenate yourself . Join me for some downtime with nurturing restorative and gentle yoga  and chakra relaxation. This workshop will offer simple and supportive practices for those struggling with stress or anxiety.  Learn breathing exercises, flowing movement, restful poses,  to bring balance to the nervous system and calm the mind.

No yoga experience necessary and physical limitations are not a concern.
